The Kingdom Program in Matthew. By Michael Vlach. An excellent summary of the Kingdom of Heaven as presented in Matthew's Gospel. Vlach ably defends the view that the Kingdom of Heaven is future and earthly, the anticipated Millennial reign of the Messiah upon earth.  He defends that view against both the Amillennial view - that it is only spiritual, and the Progressive Dispensational view - that it is "already, but not yet."
